What the policy covers
Twelve sections: who we are, what data we collect, how we use it, the legal basis, the subprocessors we rely on, international transfers, how long we keep things, your rights, cookies and analytics, security, how changes are announced, and how to reach us.
The short version
Shiftavo is operated by SASystems in Zurich. We collect account data, whatever your team enters into the application, standard request logs, and the correspondence you send us. Account and application data is stored in Switzerland and the European Union. Request logs are kept for ninety days, accounting records for ten years as Swiss company law requires, and operational data is deleted three days after you delete a company or an account. Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
