For Workers

Six Things Workers Do for Themselves.

Every worker on the team gets a personal login. From there they handle their own side of the schedule: set availability for upcoming weeks, view assigned shifts, clock in and out for attendance, see a real-time forecast of their pay (so there's no end-of-month surprise), and submit leave requests. No phone calls to the manager, no paper rosters, no waiting on email replies.

What Each Worker Can Do

Six Self-Service Screens.

Account

Personal login.

Each worker gets credentials and stays signed in. Personal settings — language, timezone, contact info — are theirs to manage, not yours to maintain.

Availability

When I can work.

Mark hours, days, or whole weeks as available or unavailable. Save recurring patterns. 'Always available' switch for full-timers who never need to mark.

Schedule

My shifts at a glance.

Day, week, and shifts-list views. Color-coded by position. Email alerts on cancellations, reassignments, and acceptance requests.

Attendance

Clock in, clock out.

Clock in and out at the shared kiosk tablet with your PIN. Punches land directly on the manager's timesheet — no paper sheet, no after-the-fact reconciliation — and you can review and confirm your own hours.

Earnings

Forecast my pay.

Per-shift earnings, projected to the end of the period. Real-time transparency — workers see what they'll be paid before the pay run, not after.

Time Off

Request leave.

Pick dates, see your remaining balance, hit submit. Status updates as the request moves through approval — no email thread, no chasing the manager.

Honest Note

Mobile App in Development.

Today the worker side is a web app, accessible from any browser. Native iOS and Android apps are in development — we'll share details once they're closer to ready.
